Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before completing this form. By purchasing a birthday party package, the purchaser acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. Minimum Numbers
Party bookings are for a minimum of eight (8) children. Birthday child must be included in the total guest count.

2. Party Times
• Morning and Afternoon parties on Weekends and during School holidays – 10:00am to 12:00pm, and 1:00pm to 3:00pm.
• Friday afternoon during school terms – 3:00pm to 4:30pm.

3. Catering
• If party organisers wish to bring their own birthday cake/s they will need to BYO candles, knife, plates, and serviettes.
• Platters cannot be cancelled within 7 days of Your party date.
• Unfortunately, for health and safety reasons, we do not allow outside food and drinks (except for birthday cake when part of a party package).

4. Gift for Birthday Child
Included in the booking package is a Melba’s voucher to the value of $15.00 for the birthday child. The voucher can be redeemed in-store only at either Woodside or Angaston, it is not redeemable for cash.

5. Supervision
Children under thirteen (13) years of age must be actively supervised by a responsible adult. Children less than five (5) years of age must be supervised and accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.

6. Bookings and deposit
Bookings can be made in person, online and over the phone. All bookings and invoices are based on the information provided by You, and pricing and availability is subject to change.
To confirm Your booking, a deposit (equal to the minimum spend) must be paid upon receipt of invoice. If the requested deposit is not paid, We reserve the right to cancel Your booking without notice and make the time available to other customers. Payment of deposit implies consent with all of the Terms & Conditions herein.

7. Changes to Your booking
A minimum of 5 business days’ notice is required when adjusting any numbers, catering or extras on Your booking. Please contact our Venue Manager to discuss.

8. Final numbers
To enable Us to correctly cater for Your party, final numbers and food orders must be confirmed at least 5 business days before the party. No changes can be made after this time.

9. Cancellation
In the unfortunate event that a confirmed booking is cancelled, the deposit is non-refundable within 7 business days of the party.

10. Payment
All accounts are to be settled in full on or before the party date. We accept payment by means of Cash, EFTPOS, Visa, Mastercard, or AMEX. We do not accept cheques, Afterpay or PayPal, nor do We invoice for later payment. Please note, when paying by Credit card or EFTPOS, surcharges may apply.

11. Responsibility
Organisers are financially responsible for any damage, whether accidental or intentional, caused by themselves, their guests, or any children in their party. We will not accept any responsibility for the damage or loss of merchandise left prior to or after the party.

12. Responsible behaviour
All visitors are required to behave in a manner that is responsible and considerate of other visitors. We reserve the right to intervene and remove customers from the premises where it sees fit. Smoking or the use of any unlawful drugs or stimulants at our premises is strictly forbidden.

13. Cleaning
General cleaning is included in the cost of the party. If cleaning requirements following Your party are judged to be excessive, additional cleaning charges will be incurred.

14. Decorations
Party organisers are welcome to decorate the party space. We allow BLUE TACK only for fixing items to walls. No exceptions. If any damage to walls or paint is caused by the use of any other product, the costs of repair will be recovered. We do not allow ‘scatters’ (such as confetti, glitter, or small decorative pieces) or similar scattered table decorations.

15. Remaining after Your booking
Parents and Children wishing to use the non-designated outside space at the conclusion of the party may do so as a general member of the public, understanding that the Party space needs to be vacated.

While on Our premises You:
• Agree to pay the cost of and authorise Us to take all steps We consider reasonably necessary to ensure the protection of Your welfare in the event of personal injury, including but not limited to the administration of any emergency medical treatment and ambulance transportation.
• Consent to CCTV recordings being taken for safety and security purposes of Yourself, Your children or of children for whom You are responsible.
• Agree to protect and hold safe any of Your personal belongings. We are not in any way responsible for any articles that may have been lost or stolen on Our premises.
• Must comply with all signs or other directions and We may suspend or cancel Your access at Our premises in Our absolute discretion for non-compliance with these Conditions, or for reckless or careless conduct, aggressiveness and any other behaviour deemed unsuitable by Us.
