Terms & Conditions

  1. “Melba’s Ultimate Easter Egg Hunt Pack” Competition commences at 8am, Wednesday 27th March 2019 and concludes 5pm, Wednesday 3rd April 2019. The winner will be selected on Thursday 4th April at 9am and notified via email or mobile.
  2. The Prize will be sent to the address of the winner. Melba’s Chocolates takes no responsibility for lost, damaged or stolen prizes.
  3. The Competition is run through the third-party application ‘Woobox’. The winner is chosen at random through the random-selection process within this application.
  4. To enter the competition, you must complete the online entry form. All required fields must be entered for entry to qualify.
  5. The prize includes, 1,000 x Mini Milk Chocolate Foiled Eggs, 200 x Large Milk Chocolate Foiled Eggs, 1 x Milk Chocolate Bilby, 1 x Giant Milk Chocolate Rabbit, 1 x Milk Honeycomb Egg, 1 x Cookies & Cream Egg & 1 x Melba’s Surprise Egg. RRP $813. Prize values are correct at the time of publishing and are subject to change without notice. Melba’s Chocolates accepts no responsibility for changes to the prize values. Prize is not exchangeable, transferable or redeemable for cash or other goods or services.
  6. If the prize is unclaimed by 9am, 8th April 2019, then a second chance draw will take place at 10am, 8th April 2019. All eligible entrants who submitted an eligible entry during the competition period will be entered into the second chance prize draw. In the event of a winner, they will be notified via email.
  7. Melba’s collects personal information about entrants to include entrants in the competition. If the required personal information is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the competition. Emails are collected to contact the winner and to subscribe all entrants to the Melba’s Chocolates mailing list.
